Small white enamel door plate with black text.of dimensions 2.8x1.6cm.
It exists in two shape.
- At first incurved with 2 holes as the old enamel plates
- Then flat and without hole with an adhesive behind for those that it boredom to make holes in the door
For the manufacturing. There is a cut and one stamped (for the incurved plate) that I realize on my small press of 15T. The plate is cleaned then enamelled massively black, cooked in 820°C then enamelled in white enamel, cooks in 800°C and finally silk-screened and cooks in 780°C for last time.
