At Sanrival, transparency is at the heart of our approach. This page aims to inform you about the procedures for collecting, moderating, and publishing reviews related to our handcrafted creations.
1. Moderation Process and Visual Transparency
Every review submitted on our site is manually moderated before publication. This check ensures that the content respects public decency and does not contain any insulting, defamatory, or promotional remarks.
- Product Display: We have chosen to use a certified internal Prestashop module. Unlike many external review platforms, this system allows you to see the exact product image associated with each review. At Sanrival, this visual connection is essential to help you appreciate the quality and real-life appearance of our work.
- Moderation Time: We review and publish your feedback within 2 to 5 working days.
2. Modification and Right of Reply
Once your review is published, it can no longer be modified directly by the user to guarantee the integrity of the testimonials.
- Request for removal: If you wish to delete a review you have posted, you can contact us at any time.
- Right of reply: We reserve the right to a public response to provide clarifications or thank our customers.
3. Retention Period
Reviews are kept and displayed as long as the product concerned is available for sale in our shop. If a model is permanently discontinued, the associated reviews are deleted.
4. No Compensation
In accordance with our ethics of sincerity, we would like to clarify that no compensation is provided in exchange for posting a review. We do not offer vouchers, discounts, or gifts to influence or reward the rating of our products. Each testimonial is a voluntary and authentic contribution.
