Any Customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise within fourteen days from the reception of the delivery. The Client shall inform SANRIVAL of its decision to withdraw, by sending to it, before the expiry of the 14-day period referred to above, a statement expressing its willingness to withdraw.
In the case of an order for more than one item delivered separately or in the case of an order for an item consisting of lots or multiple parts delivered in stages, the 14-day period shall run from the date of receipt of the last good or lot or the last piece.
The exercise of this right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
. The item is returned in its original state
. The article must not have been damaged or altered
. All documents delivered during delivery shall be returned
In case of exercise of his right of withdrawal in accordance with the aforementioned conditions, the Customer returns at his expense the article(s) to SANRIVAL, accompanied(s) by a copy of the invoice, by registered shipment with follow-up within 14 days of SANRIVAL being notified of its decision to withdraw.
SANRIVAL will repay the Client for the amounts paid no later than 14 days after the receipt of the article(s) or the receipt of the proof of dispatch of the article(s) transmitted by the Client, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. This repayments is made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
SANRIVAL will not repay the additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered. The Customer shall be liable under the conditions of ordinary law in the event of depreciation of any article resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the article(s).
Any product that has been returned damaged or incomplete will not be refunded. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of personalized plates or which, due to their nature, cannot be sent back.
