Don't forget to save your customization to be able to add to cartGive a distinctive signature to your space with our genuine enamel sign. A perfect blend of retro aesthetics and industrial durability, this sign is designed to last for decades without ever losing its brilliance.
Each sign is the result of a rigorous process within our workshop. We do not settle for simple printing: we achieve a true fusion of materials.
A high-quality steel sheet (10/10th thickness), robust and lightweight (65 grams). It receives a first coating of ground-coat enamel, fired at 830°C to create a bonding base, followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a clean, unalterable support.
A black screen print is carefully applied by hand. A second firing at 780°C then seals the screen-printing paste. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse for a final, permanent result.
Thanks to this ancestral thermal process, your sign becomes weather-proof. It is protected against all external aggressions:
UV Rays and Weather: The white stays pure and the black stays deep. Colors are guaranteed for life.
Graffiti Protection: Its vitrified surface can be cleaned with a simple sponge.
Technical note on oxidation: The enamel perfectly protects the faces. However, over time or in humid environments, the edges (the cut of the metal) may show slight traces of natural oxidation.
Maintenance: If rust appears on the edges, it can be easily removed with an abrasive sponge. I then recommend applying a clear outdoor varnish to the edges to permanently seal the steel.
